By accessing the Fieldwork website (fieldwork.app) or submitting a request to join our early-access program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Fieldwork is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change as the product evolves. Submitting an early-access request does not guarantee you will be granted access, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without our written permission.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or company.

The Fieldwork name, logo, website, and all associated content are owned by Fieldwork and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance you place on information from the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fieldwork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
